Who operates this website
ProspectGrade is currently operated by Kai Marcille, operating as ProspectGrade, in Ontario, Canada. This notice covers prospectgrade.com and inquiries about our product walkthroughs. It does not describe a future paid customer service.
Information you send us
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, business and questions. We use this information to answer your inquiry, arrange a requested walkthrough and continue that conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential customer lists. The website’s contact buttons open your email application; copying our address does not send us information.
Website visits and service providers
GoDaddy hosts this WordPress website, and our business email uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. These services process information needed to deliver the website and email, including technical details such as IP addresses, request times and browser information. Optional GoDaddy visitor-performance metrics are disabled. Hosting and security logs may still be processed. Service providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We do not promise that all information stays in Canada.
How long we keep inquiries
We review closed inquiries monthly once 12 months have passed since the last meaningful conversation. We delete information that is no longer needed, except where an ongoing relationship, legal obligation, dispute or unresolved request requires retention. This is a review schedule, not automatic deletion on an exact date. Deleted information may remain temporarily in recovery systems or backups according to the relevant service’s retention settings.
Your questions and choices
Kai Marcille handles privacy questions at info@prospectgrade.com. You may ask to access or correct information about you, request deletion, or ask us to stop further inquiry follow-up. We will verify your identity proportionately, explain any applicable limits and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Please provide enough detail to locate your correspondence without sending identity documents unless a suitable process has been agreed.
Product demonstrations
The screenshots on this website use fictional prospect records. The website does not offer customer account registration or payment checkout. Any future service involving licensed prospect data, customer accounts or integrations will need disclosures appropriate to those features.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change, including when the business incorporates or introduces new ways of collecting information. The date above identifies the latest update.
